This is the only REAL solution for a “bolt on” oem replacement heat exchanger for the almighty Raptor R.

This replaces the factory heat exchanger and the factory transmission cooler with dual pass coolers complete the high end DBM machined end tanks. The kit includes all lines, fittings, and hardware. Plastic oem end tanks can crack and do a poor job shedding heat.

DBM put a lot of work into this kit to bring something to the market with the highest level of both form and function.

Relocating the heat exchanger from the restrictive oem lower grill, up behind the main grill, allows for much more coolingsurface area and increasedcore volume. This unit is mounted under the core support and tucked in tight to the OEM radiator/ac condenser. This is crucial for proper air flow through all 3 cores, eliminating the need for pusher fans like other kits have. At higher steeds, pusher fans restrict air flow anddecrease performance when your coolant temps are at their highest.
